That one sounds almost racist.

I don't know if it is racist, but I feel like I would be aghast to hear someone say it.

It's chicken + salad + unhealthy doses of cream. That's still edible! The other stuff, tho'....

I'm sure my 7 year old nephew would like all of these, though.

"Fucking chizzas, ruining everything."

Yeah, sorta sounds like it could be a slur. I'm not sure who it would apply to though. And I don't care to know.

The H-E-B grocery chain is named after its founder, Howard E. Butt. Kind of a no-win scenario all around for them, really.

I laughed as if Parish was telling a joke... and then my face fell, as I realized only in Texas could this be true. Upon a quick Google search, I was not disappointed.

Right?

Couldn't they have just called it Howard's or just picked anything else as a name?

Right?
I think in a mathematical sense, it kind of has to be, versus the same thing with a bun or shell. Unless the aforementioned missing ingredients are just really rich in vitamins or nutrients, I guess.

I don't know, I think pizza + fried chicken is worse than a taco + fried chicken. Both are bad, but one feels even more devious in nature.

Dipping it in nacho cheese sauce does seem very wrong to me.

Honestly? I can kinda see chocolate hummus working, presuming you go easy on the garlic. Tabbouleh's (sure, Google, we'll spell it like that...) basically peanut butter, after all.

It's no weirder than the sriracha hummus my wife likes.

Yeah my wife was fairly obsessed with a "Thai Curry"-flavored hummus a while back. If that's not proof of concept for wild hummus flavors, I don't know what is.

My only complaint about hummus is when my roommate decides to make a big batch and the entire apartment reeks of mint for a few days.

Meet the Sushi Burrito, or, how we learned to not slice a sushi roll and rebrand it.

Good idea, bad idea, lazy, or brilliant?

The bigger problem is probably the tahini but most chocolate hummus I've ever seen in the wild doesn't include tahini at all and really at that point it's not hummus so idk.

I assume you mean tahini (sesame seed paste) and not tabboouleh (salad of bulgur wheat, parsley, tomato, & lemon)?

The big thing that sets me off it is that I assume there is sugar added? Sweet and garlic do not mix.

If it's unsweetened chocolate, then maybe it would be ok?

EDIT:

I don't think the tahini would be a problem. Chocolate halva is a popular thing, after all.

I dunno! I saw garbanzo beans, tahini, and a few other things besides the bundle of mint when I went into the kitchen while he was making it.

Chocolate hummus still weirds me out. Chocolate Halva is fine, because that's a dessert anyway. Curry hummus sounds pretty good, though.

Sushi "burrito" - I'd rather just call it an uncut sushi roll, but whatever?

It's an uncut sushi roll wrapped in a tortilla. I'm going for lazy.
