I don't care about spoilers at all, but if you really really do then FYI the time to stop using YouTube, Twitter, etc. has passed. Stuff is out there.

And by "stuff" Estragon means bits of the ending. I have not been spoiled, thankfully, but I want to make sure everyone knows that this is a big leak. Sail the internet seas carefully over the next 10 days, folks.

I saw like five seconds of shaky cam footage of the flick and that was more than enough. Sheesh.

I am VIBRATING WITH EXCITEMENT for this stupid movie, and the knowledge that there are major spoilers floating around in the wild fills me with dry-mouthed terror. I haven't even watched the TV spots or anything beyond the two main trailers and the Superbowl ad (all of which I've rewatched about twenty thousand times.) I got spoiled on Loki's death last year by a recommended Youtube video like two days before Infinity War, so I am locking down my internet browsing until April 25.

NINE DAYS. WE'RE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS NOW. THAT'S LIKE THE ENDGAME OF COUNTING

Yeah, I still have 12 days. I should probably cut off YouTube and Facebook. The Marvel Studios reddit has gone into full lock down with all new posts needing mod approval, so I guess they're safe for now.

I'd really like to avoid spoilers, but I feel like it's going to pop up somewhere.

Be aware that only new topics require mod approval; comments still get posted in real-time so it's very possible to get spoiled there. As much fun as it is to be part of the anticipation zeitgeist, I'm staying away.

It is only a five minute clip (or assemblage of clips), yeah. So the whole movie isn't out there (yet).

Stay out of the UNMARKED SPOILERS thread then. BEAT has already spoiled most of the movie, in addition to various parts the next two or three movies.

You didn't hear? It turns out the Brabley (saw typo, decided not to fix it) Cooper is actually a raccoon who control a man robot remotely while acting.

A.V. Club ranks all 21 movies going into Endgame.

Some movies are too high or too low, but it's really hard to argue with their #1.

The only one that seems egregiously out of place is the first Avengers, which needs to be dropped at least 10 spots.

The Avengers is still a really good movie. Iíd put both GOTG movies and the other two Avengers movies higher on the list then they are.

Beyond the obvious four movies at the bottom of any MCU list, it's hard for any ranking to be egregiously wrong.

There are a bunch of Endgame reactions from the premiere, and they are all excessively positive. That means almost nothing, since even bad movies get mixed reactions at worst, but at least it's not a total flop.

Those reactions somehow made me EVEN MORE HYPE

The one that excited me the most said "if Infinity War was the brawn, Endgame is the brains." THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WANT

Default Hello, I'm back

My concern for this movie is the believability of how they end up beating Thanos. Realism is crucial in stories about giant purple space warlords and their collection of magic jewels, and he's omnipotent as of the end of Infinity War. If the Avengers somehow find where he's hiding out and show up to confront him, he can just teleport to another planet halfway across the universe. Or if he doesn't feel like running, he can stop time and strangle them all one by one at his leisure. Or turn them all into curly fries. How does the movie not turn into a succession of "why didn't Thanos just do X?" He can do literally anything!

I guess it's better than the solution being obvious. I have no idea what the fuck they're going to do, and that's exciting.

EDIT: Please enjoy this scientific analysis of what would actually happen if Ant-Man jumped up Thanos' butt

Well, for the comics he lost because he got lazy / stopped paying attention to things that were beneath him. I feel like its probably going to work out exactly the same way.

Or maybe, you know, disintegrate the remaining half of all life in the universe that he didn't already. Or at least everybody who's a superhero. Like dude, if you're gonna wipe out half of all life in the universe, be sure that everybody who can potentially stop you or reverse that is wiped out in the half you kill.
