And he revealed his credit card number accidentally during a livestream.

... Ok, either he's a genius and the greatest attention seeker of all time or a bona-fide entitled idiot. Occam's money is on the later.

How do you accidentally give $15 million dollars to the wrong person? I'm pretty sure you can't move that much money without talking to a lot of people first.

He apparently has 'talked to the creator of Bitcoin" and he has agreed to get his money back.

My eyes rolled so hard I think I pulled a muscle.

I think he's just having fun. Aside from all the big money stuff he's still basically some guy that wouldn't be unwelcome on 4chan or KTT or any of those places. The idea of "some guy named DaQuan" taking his bitcoins and him talking to satoshi to get it back, etc, is all just silly fun times

Well, presumably he lost fifteen million real dollars whenever he obtained those bitcoins.

He made millions before that particular pill price hike, in part by allegedly starting a series of companies, lying to investors when the companies accumulated debt, and started more companies to shift the debt around.

Block Chain only gives about a 15% proc rate with blades. That's fine if you're starting out but, especially once you've specced into Inner Strength, you really want to drop that sword and find yourself a good hammer. Above iLVL 248 or so the Str to Block ratio on hammers will give Block Chain an effective proc rate of 17-21%.

This only applies to two-handers, of course. The diminishing returns on stacking block and shield make a blade the clear winner for shield+BC builds with or without Inner Strength (though I'd rather have the points in Deflection instead of IS if I'm going sword and board; the math is essentially the same over time [slightly in favor of IS] but the incoming damage is a lot spiker because deflection can trigger your passive soak and IS can only trigger active soak. Believe me, your healer will thank you).

*I'm assuming you're running the standard raid buffs but not burning anything insane regularly. If your raid group expects you to use a ONW charm every encounter they better damn well be providing you with the 16pp/each (or giving you first pick on all the drops). But yeah, the math above does fall apart above around 22k inactive soak, which the top end charm will totally get you to. Unless your in a server first kinda guild that's way out of reach of most players (and the current top-end meta doesn't really favor Inner Strength anyway).

EDIT: Of course who knows what 16.9 will bring. All the advice above is for World, word of god is already that 16.8 will likely be phasing out inactive soak entirely. WoF was very very good to hammers, after all (I think every instance at least two I'd be happy to win a roll on); we may see them drop back down to Tides levels by the end of the next patch cycle (wouldn't surprise me, the devs love blades).
