I've skipped lunch before, and I've skipped breakfast before, but I've never skipped dinner. That narrows down the options a little bit.

A hearty breakfast will let you forego lunch. A filling lunch will make supper irrelevant. No size of supper will grant respite from the need for breakfast. Supper must go.

Skip breakfast because it turns out not be the most important meal, or even necessary at all. Eat breakfast foods at lunch because they're the best foods.

If I skip my 150 calorie bowl of cereal then I’m generally so hungry I eat a giant lunch at 11 am and am craving dinner by 5 pm.

If I eat some eggs with my cereal, I can usually power through lunch and finish my job early enough to go to the gym before dinner.

I’m not happy about it but my beer gut says Lunch must go.

This is just exactly what I do every day and plan around. Big lunch at 11AM, dinner as soon as I walk through the door after work.
