This is the most adorable take on Greek Mythology I've ever seen, by the gods.

And now Harpy Gee is on hiatus until sometime next year.

Which sucks since it is another great comic that has gotten better with time. Unless you've never read it, then at this point you don't have a reason not too!

Man, that last Harpy Gee update is giving me lots of feelings. I'm going to miss reading it.

But hey Gamercat came back a couple of weeks ago. Apparently Gamercat got addicted to Minecraft as a way to explain the hiatus. This just kills me every time.

Lordy. I enjoy Order of the Stick mainly for the humor, but every now and then it brings the Drama like knife slipped between the ribs.

This is one of those times*.

*this is several strips before the crescendo

It's been so good the last couple of strips.

"I'm a half-breed of man and woman" had me laughing out loud. So good!

So, not long after coming to my attention Lore Olympus "went there" and now it's become a bit harder to recommend. Specially given that this particular instance does not even happen in the original myths (at least AFAIK? If anything it's H who does bad stuff to P against her will there), so was it necessary?
A was already well established as a jerk without needing to go the whole way...

But on the other hand the author did say that she only reflected her friends' and her own experiences in there (yikes ), and a lot of readers appreciated it a lot, so what do I know, probably better for me not to butt in.

At any rate thankfully this week went back to the beautiful (and adorable here) mythological "deep" cuts, and I can't stay mad at that.

And edited from there too! Just taking my first steps with this thing XD

Three things about the latest Devil's Candy:
  1. Young Yaghie and Clarence are adorable.
  2. I now want a "Kill Ewe" tshirt.
  3. Pandora has her shovel. Yaaaaaaaassss.

As for Lore Olympus, I'm reserving any judgement until I see where this goes. If it doesn't lead to a vicious Apollo beatdown by Hades, I will be unhappy.

5. The name “The Crimetown Murderboys”
