Nor do I. Which is why I cook it. In my oven. The fact that the chicken is inside the oven while it's heating up before cooking for the full duration doesn't somehow turn it raw.

I suppose I should have said "or overcooked chicken"

I like being able to time consistently how long it will take for a thing to cook. Having to actively monitor an oven for doneness, imo, defeats the purpose of an oven. May as well pan-cook my chicken at that point.

Honestly, who has time to eat these days. It's 2016. Drinks are enough. If you're desperate, chew on some of your inner mouth flesh for sustenance. Fingernails on christmas.

I would avoid switching it on in any capacity if you're trying to clean it.
