I don't know if he's the worst coach of all time (he probably isn't) I just don't think he's deserving of the least bit of sympathy given the way he has repeatedly tried to deflect blame onto others.

Eric Reid finally got signed partway through the season. So that means there's no animosity being held against him for kneeling during the national anthem, right? It's just total happenstance that he's been *randomly* selected for drug tests six times since his signing. It's just a fluke that the odds of this happening randomly are 588-1 against.

The Raiders signed Nathan Peterman.

From what I've seen, owners tend to intentionally tank a year or two before a move, then go all-out in looking for quality talent within a couple of years of moving to their new digs.

Not complete enough to keep our playoff dreams alive.

Ah well we humiliated Jackson and have a real chance of ending the season above .500 that's more than enough for me.

Good grief, the way that Russell Wilson just effortlessly completes passes forty yards downfield is absurd.

Gaahh, Browns should have won that game if the referees had just let the play run its course instead of blowing an early whistle. Instead, the Ravens win and are in the playoffs. And as a side effect the Steelers, who needed the Browns to pull off the upset, are left sitting at home for the post-season.

That one hurt. But Mayfield breaking the rookie td pass record was a pretty fucking sweet consolation prize.

As a Seahawks fan I can't really celebrate that one, but I am happy that the Browns look to be competitive next year.

Wow, this first playoff game is an absolutely tepid, one-sided affair so far. And the lopsided score is giving me ample opportunity to dwell on how much I disdain this ESPN announcing crew. I mean, the announcer just literally read aloud a Capt. Andrew Luck tweet on the broadcast. Oof.

Here's hoping for a better game later tonight.

Man who decided to make the motif of this season gruesome career ending leg injuries.

Apparently the Seahawks game plan against one of the league's best defenses was "be as predictable as possible". Wonder why that didn't work out.

Good grief, that Alan Hurns injury. How awful.

Watching the game with a guy who had bet on the Cowboys it was miserable to see the Cowboys fail to run time off the clock after that amazing head-over-heels sprint to the goal line by Prescott and instead leave the Seahawks enough time to not only have a late chance of pulling out the victory but to also get a backdoor cover because they had to go for two because their kicker was hurt. That injury Janikowski had wound up costing a lot of people money throughout the state of Texas.

That Saints game was wonderful, magical nonsense.

Also the decision to make Freddie Kitchens HC is such a good decision that I can't actually believe Haslam and Co. made it.
