It's the season of sharing sweets (and over-indulging in them) and today is National Brownie Day.

So how do you like your brownies, everyone?

chewy
fudgy
cakey
crispy

simply chocolate
more than just chocolate

And anything else I haven't mentioned yet.

I think I prefer chewy/cakey with crispy edges.

I like plain chocolate brownies and
cheesecake brownies and
brownies with peanut butter added on.

I like mine less cakey and more dense. I generally prefer straight up brownies without frosting on them. I do like a PB/Choco brownie though...

I had forgotten about frosting. I think I mostly prefer them without frosting but it depends on the brownie and the frosting.

Yeah, chewy/fudgey with a little crispy on the edges is grand. Straight dark chocolate is probably my fave but I’d definitely go for peanut butter or cheesecake as well.

Brownies are great for fitness: fitness brownie in my mouth

Somewhere we have a baking pan that makes them into all edge pieces. Thinkgeek sold it, I believe? Back when it was in its heyday.
