Playing with the Super Armor Mode from Legacy Collection turned on is transformative for Mega Man 7; makes it able to hang with the BIG BOYS of the series. That being said; 8 more robot masters, two Basses and a Gutsdozer (which I feel is Robot Master-y enough) put us at 188!

Octo might prefer his MM7 with super armor but I like mine hacked all to hell. Played through Rockman 7 EP, that super cool and very impressive romhack, to net 8 more masters plus a Bass. 197!

Someone remind me to a zelda themed thing this year. Ganon’s forces need a whooping.

Zeldalentines day?

Well I got Mega Man 10 down myself; so that’s eight more.

Not sure if WILY ARCHIVE counts or not.

Well, let’s say 250

Let's 90s gaming
Mega Man 2 down.

8 more Rad Brobots: BALETED!

I need to figure out holidays for both Souls and Civ.

I am firmly of the belief that we can't start celebrating MegaMas until Spanksgiving (the annual holiday observing classic SNES platformer Spanky's Quest) is over. But I'm taking over a week off work at the beginning of December, so I'll be roasting some robot masters over an open fire soon enough.

Brother happened to have an NES classic set up so I beat everyone in Mega Man 2 besides Wily (game overed after the boss refights and couldn’t beat him without energy tanks).

What's Shenmue?
Zero 3 done! The previous two games toyed around with the structure enough that listing off the relevant bosses was a little awkward, but this one is straightforward: three sets of four bosses + Hidden Phantom + Omega makes a cool 14. That's 298 for the total, now.

Zeldalentines day?
If you're serious, I would absolutely participate in this. It would give me the motivation I need to get around to those Zelda games I keep putting off for no real reason!

I don't suppose challenge mode counts? If not, I suppose I'll have to actually play through Mega Man 9 and 10.

(I beat Crab Puncher in 8 seconds, which doesn't mean anything here, but I had to brag somewhere)

And a Zero in a pear tree?
Nah, I beat the X-Hunters, so Fake Zero died in a cutscene.

Far and away the most trouble I’ve ever had with Neo Sigma, though; none of his enemy spawns ever dropped any weapon energy and I was down to using the Buster against him. Still definitely the easiest final boss in the series, but I was using some sub tanks.
