Video Game Remixes: That Sounds Familiar

Shortly after Mega Man 10 came out a remixer by the name of Gencoil arranged nearly every song from that soundtrack. He went on hiatus for like 6 or 7 years, but just a couple years ago he started making remixes again. I quite enjoy his new stuff:

Here's a big Ocarina of Time medley, arranged as if it were a prog rock concept album:

The intersection of these two things is extremely my jam.

More Zelda, this time a jazz big band arrangement of Saria's Song:

Featuring YouTube bassist extraordinaire Adam Neely!

I might have posted this on the previous forums, but the brilliant Jon Batiste has an amazing jazz riff on "Green Hill Zone" from Sonic 1:

Oh, I shared that with my Discord server but never came back to say that it was sick! Button Masher is a great part of the 8-Bit Big Band, too.

silverRIFF, Molkirill, Mr Saturn and Micro bring you Mystic Operator ~ Ancient Technology, a full arrangement of the soundtrack to the seventh Touhou Project entry, Perfect Cherry Blossom. It's reworked under the sound and limitations of the Mega Drive's sound chip technology (reflected in the terrific album art), and the arrangements themselves are very interpretive and adventurous. Get ready for ocean-deep square waves and delicious percussion.
