Johnny Unusual
(He/Him)
OK, l got everyone's list. Just to make it a solid 32, I added two more of my own. A rare power-flex by me but I wanted to meet that threshold.
I will say, I think a few people missed my intended point and included music that's simply in the show when the intent (and perhaps I wasn't clear) that wasn't front and center in a scene but was background or complement to the action rather than the focus. But really, 1) I didn't want to scare anyone away by poopooing their choices and 2) I just didn't want to suck the fun out of it by being pedantic. I mean, I AM pedantic, by why should others suffer for that. Sides, there are a lot of edge cases. Sides, I got to put in two extra ones so it's a good trade off. Here's the bracket if you want to see it!
Anyway, let's start!

Round 1
Match 1
First is "Lead Me Home" from The Walking Dead, chosen by Torzelbaum. Initially released in 200g by Jamey Johnson, the song ended up being used in a scene in the Walking Dead that shows the sad and often callous nature of the lives of the characters in a terrible zombie-infested world. Against it is my first extra pick, Freshly Squeezed by Angelo Badalamenti from Twin Peaks. Though the series is full of haunting themes, this is one of the more playful ones that takes place in some of the more lighthearted scenes.
Match 2
Next is Working Man's Theme from Serial Experiments Lain. Chosen by @Kirin this anime is known for it's haunting creepiness but this is FUNKY! Against it is another pick of mine, Dropdown Rainbow from Adventure Time from the episode Too Young. In it, Princess Bubblegum has undergone a youthening that allows her to bond more closely with Finn and this music is played when they create a Rube Goldberg machine together.
