Apologies. I meant to get this together but it never happened with all the travelling and holidaying. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's contributions! (Hoping at least one of you picked the best sandwich ever: the Monte Cristo.
 
I forgot it. To be fair, I've only ever had one from a grocery store deli, so I've never had a truly good one.
