Nah, Gouba will turn toward whatever's closest every time fire breath comes out, but the range limit to that turn is about the same length as the breath itself. Sometimes that's great and sometimes Gouba decides to show mercy to a large group by turning toward the edge of it or toward an individual on the opposite side.

I did a single 10x pull on the Raiden Banner the entire time it was available and got Raiden Shogun, Kujou Sara and Xingqiu. I should've just bought a lottery ticket I think.

Up until now I've been pulling more or less at random and have made out pretty well. But now that I have a party that works pretty well for me, I've decided to set my sights on specific characters who offer things I don't have, and save up for them. My first target: Venti, with his Revali's Gale-alike skill. Look forward to me going blind with rage a couple months down the road when he shows up on a banner again and I blow a hundred pulls trying to get him!
