Giving @MetManMas 12 hours to continue before I seize the means of posting in this thread!
You can take it, I just haven't been feeling up to this and kept forgetting to add a new clue or cancel the game.
The answer was Amnesia: Justine.
1) Box physics If you want the "good" ending you will learn how to build a staircase with them.
2) Voice messages Justine has left phonographs with voice recordings around the place.
3) Rule of Threes Three main areas, three prisoners to save, three crazed suitors out to kill you.
4) A major tool is present but useless here. Getting the lantern basically only opens the door in the area you start in. You can't even equip it 'cuz it has no oil.
5) Lever of Death Dr. Victor Fournier is strapped to a table. The easy way out of the prison is to pull a lever to drop the ladder but this will also lower a spike that kills him.
6) Slide Show Father David is trapped inside a room where you can't see him. You have to put the proper slides on a projector to progress and release him instead of killing him.
7) To Distract, or Not To Distract Inspector Marot is chained up in an open cell and you will encounter him while being pursued by the third suitor, Malo. You can either risk your life to save him by closing the door to his cell, or leave him to die in your stead as a distraction.
8) From bee to belle Justine is voiced by Emily Corkery, who was the dub voice for Charmy Bee in Sonic Heroes.

11) Shortest game in the series It's a tie-in to an old Portal 2 ARG on Steam and takes only about a half hour to get through, give or take. The lack of saving makes things moreannoying tense, especially since you die in one hit and face the very real threat of having to endure that box puzzle again if you die.
