This will be a simple single-elimination format tournament pitting pairs of songs against each other. All nominations have been randomized. I'll post two pairs at a time. For each pair, indicate the song that you prefer. Make your vote clear or I will be sad. I'll break ties arbitrarily.

Here's where we posted the nominations and the rules for eligibility.

Torzelbaum nominates Prologue from River City Ransom

Torzelbaum nominates Back Fire from Final Fantasy Tactics
 
I vote for Vampire Survivors and River City Ransom.
 
The Great Pyramid and Back Fire

Since the Tactics remake is pretty fresh on my mind I want to note that Back Fire is really good. Kinda surprising a lot of the soundtrack never got reused (that I'm aware of). The tone didn't fit Advance or A2 I suppose.

Seems kinda crazy that the RCR opening never got remixed.

I don't know who worked on the soundtrack but some of the music for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links does remind me of Final Fantasy Tactics.
