The Singularidome (voting) (again): Stop Me If You've Heard This One

Clair Obscur and Chrono Trigger advance.

Now, at last, the grand finals! Round 63, with both songs nominates by @Violentvixen:

"Lumiére" from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
- vs. -
"Corridors of Time" from Chrono Trigger

Oh dang. Two very different tracks from two very iconic games. These are both tracks I've celebrated and sent to people as examples of how great video game music can be. I'm going to have to sleep on this one.

I'm going to go Corridors of Time I think. Really tough though.

Edit: changed my mind. Expedition 33.

I feel incredibly basic saying this, but I gotta go with Corridors of Time

And the winner is: "Corridors of Time" from Chrono Trigger! Congratulations to Yasunori Mitsuda, who has now been conclusively and objectively identified as the most original composer of all time.

This was a good one. Thank you for running it Bongo. I am not surprised CT won, given our demos here. Nice to see some newer games get as far as they did.

Yeah, Mitsuda’s always tough to beat, and it’s probably only a consequence of Trigger’s wild production circumstances that a lot of those tunes haven’t been officially remixed. But yeah, tons of cool stuff in this dome! Thanks Bongo!
