As is the custom for the modern Internet, all responses to information, leaks or otherwise, must be exaggerated and over-the-top. You might call it an overcorrection if there was anything to correct. People are more interested in watchdogging spoilers than the actual content of the spoiler, or whether it can rightly be seen as a spoiler at all.

There is something to be said about being part of the shared experience of the reveal with the rest of the internet, and if you know beforehand it may not hit the same.

That said, the reverence to preventing spoilers can get excessive, especially when some of the same people are often insensitive to other social concerns.

This was a good direct for people who like classic games. Between Actraiser, Castlevania Advance Collection and the N64 games, it's a veritable bonanza.

But then they gave me Genesis games.

Splatoon 3 for me pleeeeeeease. I never did finish the single-player in Splatoon 2 or get to the Octo Expansion. Maybe I'll hit that soon...

Also, I guess I should finally play Bayonettas 1 and 2.

Also my girlfriend went nuts over N64 online for the Zeldas alone. And then Genesis?! Well, we're definitely getting that, I guess!

Yoko Taro Card Game looks interesting, happy to see the Spirit of Crimson Shroud continues on
Shin Megami Tensei 5 trailer from the JP Direct shows off Zeus :/
Surprised by Actraiser, didn't some other company try to do an Actraiser spiritual successor fairly recently and it flopped?
Nintendo Online Expansion Pack is a neat idea but the price point is gonna make it or break it for me. Happy for Phantasy Star 4 and Shining Force though!

New Horizons Direct is... well, cool I guess, it feels a little late but maybe if they're doing a full Direct for it they'll add more content than just Brewster?
