My man, not only was there in fact a Goonies 1, there was more than one of them released on different platforms, and at least two of them were entirely different games developed independently.

But that said, no, there was no domestic NES release for it for some reason, which is indeed surprising.
 
Falsie, whatever this is, I'm pretty sure you could post the title screen with the title visible and we still wouldn't get it. It seems to be some sort of 90s PC game that looks like Mechwarrior/Battletech but takes place in some other sci-fi universe where "cybrid" is a proper noun that we're supposed to recognize. Whatever it is, it looks neat, though!

I was able to use some dark forbidden arts (i.e. a web search) to find a possible answer but I don't know how everyone feels about me guessing based on what I found.

To be honest with you all I'm running out of screenshots to share unless I decide to dig out my copy (somewhere), install it (somehow), and take my own...
