Looks like somebody uploaded a pretty long playthrough of the game thats about to be released in a few days.

To those unfamiliar with the developers Edelweiss, their previous game Fairy Bloom Freesia was a combo-centric 2D hack-n-slash juggler that feels like its scope was limited by its budget. Sakuna goes a step further by integrating a farming sim of all things into the gameplay, which will also tie into the amount of damage you could do with your attacks. It also seems much more story-centric so that's something as well...

Nintendo previously demonstrated a bit of its gameplay during last year's Treehouse Live:

I'm really excited for this game. Sakuna's personality is a little grating right off the bat (I get why), but I'm hoping she gets a quick bit of redemption arc because I love everything else I'm seeing.

Whoa, I saw, played, and really liked this at PAX East (it seems like it was several years ago even though it was just February) and then promptly memory-holed it. Excited to see it come out now!
 
Ultra-hyped now. The voice acting and characterization in both languages also sound amazing and I'll have trouble picking one version over the other. I wonder if there will be good chances to take snazzy landscape photos during the farming sections...

The dining bits look ridiculously wholesome.
 
I have strong interest in this game as it speaks to my soul. (RICE 😤) But I've never been good at/enjoyed side scrolling platformers tho, so I'm in a weird place here.
 
Seems like Best Buy has delayed my Divine Edition pre-order.

(Used my gift cards and pre-oredered it on Amazon as well as a backup and says it will arrive by Nov. 11. I'll cancel my BB pre-order if that arrives first.)

Man, is growing rice hard...

The game has some great combat but it'll take a while before you'll unlock some really good skills. Already unlock Kinta and Yui's workshops as well as Tauemon's gathering, so resource farming shouldn't be as difficult.
