Wasn't he in the first one? Pretty sure, and then Supper Squid Kirby took his place in #2. I say this because I distinctly remember Brickroad running across Percy and he only LPed the first one.

Maybe it's all of the whip (or boomerang cross) shots to the head that's causing that. But that could just be what you get for making that your only weak point.
