Didn’t they also say that the Prime series is basically a separate continuity diverging from the original game around when Prime 3 came out?
Excited for Nintendo to hopefully clarify that there are Actually Three Timelines, for some reason.

The coloring on the second one is only so-so (the pink and red kind of clash), but the rest of them are great and the overall design is phenomenal. You heard me!
Metroid enemy fistbump...!
...
Twist ending: Samus was fighting for France all along.Samus fights for america now
Aesthetically and atmospherically this is doing little for me. The organic and industrial environments alike so far shown are restrained to a largely monochrome palette with interactables as the only highlights, and evoke the environmental feeling of genre dreck like Shadow Complex or the 2014 Strider in unflattering ways.
The worst part of Samus Returns was that it had Metroid 2's map, so I don't see how they could go wrong here.
I don't hate either game you mentioned, and like Other M as well.Speaking as the only person who thought Mirror of Fate was fine, and that Samus Returns was exponentially better, I feel confident that this here will be A Fun Video Game
I 100% forgot about this, thanks. The Prime games are prequels, so hunt metroids I'm gussing.
Legit question: what do Samus Returns fans feel about the drill boss? I quit the game around hour 3 or 4, but I watched some LPs and that particular boss would have definitely made me quit if I had held out till then.
