Merry's reaction isn't entirely unreasonable, since someone did look into her thought-balloon previously.

i really hope people are still enjoying this. I'm not burning out - i want to make Merry Hell forever - but I am really really busy and really tired. So I'm sorry if the current arc is weak.

My Pipettes joke fuckin rips ass though

Personally I've been really into it lately. I feel like you're getting more confident with each character's quirks and how they interact with one another. That's been showing in the dialogue and comedy and the above is a perfect example.

And I say that not because of the Pipettes because frankly I don't know who they are. I'm sure it's a very good joke.

Spoiling the joke for the curious: the band's hit single is "Pull Shapes", which is evidently Brit slang for dancing, ala getting down.

The Merry Hell site is down, Wordpress sucks. If anyone can help me to get a real website I'd be amazingly grateful.

Merry. Put the U-Haul rental place’s phone number down. Back away from it. Resist the call of the cliche.

Commentary to ignore:

I've had negative comments (not on here) about how I've treated certain revelations etc in this comic and I feel like I want to flag up that I really don't want Merry Hell to be a depressing drama comic; if stuff is serious I want it to generally work out in a way that I feel reflects the resilience of real people and generally I'd like people's experience of reading it to be pleasant. The whole thing with Jasu's cheating isn't meant to be a cut and dry betrayal and I hope that will become clear and not seem disrespectful to her. I feel like I have not done enough to separate Jasu from the men in her life and I will try to do better.
