Wow, we got a great 56 entries for the Holiday Season!
Megamas is at an end but the reason for the season can be enjoyed all-year round with everyone's favourite blue bomber. To celebrate the merriest of seasons, we've compiled a list of Megaman-related tunes to square off! This is so jolly, it's going to go well into January for our friends of the Orthodox faith (AKA players of Rockman). We have a fantastic line up of tunes here. How do I know? It's CAPCOM BABY! That said, usually I am listening to almost every song before the tourney begins so this is legit exciting for me because I haven't listened to most of these tunes (I even selected my own randomly for fun. I just pushed the random button on the Megaman wiki and connected the entry to a tune!) Remember, even if yours doesn't win, this is less about the winners and losers and more about the fun of finding tunes and comparing music.... NOW LET'S DECIDE SOME WINNERS AND LOSERS! BTW, here's the bracket. If one of your songs isn't in round one, relax, it means it already got seeded to round two. That said, if it didn't make it at all for some reason, that might have been an oversight that I'll be happy to correct.

First @Torzelbaum brings us possibly the BEST way to start this tournament... with the Megaman cartoon theme! I'm not actually sure who the composer is but the series composers are listed as Tom Keenlyside and John Mitchell so it might be one or both. On the other side, we have @RT-55J Quick Man. But not that Quick Man, it's an arrangement of Brave New World originally from Namco X Capcom for Rockman no Constancy. I'm not going to lie, I only understand half of that.

Next, @Issun has Magma Dragoon from Mega Man X4. The tune is actually called "Volcano" (at least according to the Megawiki) and is by Toshihiko Horiyama. Meanwhile @4-So gets his game on with Wood Field from Mega Man Soccer. Apparently the composer is one of these four people; Yasuaki Fujita, Toshio Okamoto, Norihiko Togashi, Kenichi Tomizawa. Someone more in the know can clear it up for me.
