I Still Feel Old

Still funny being the youngest person on this site. (I think I semi gave-away my age there.)
 
I woke up around 3:45 AM last night, picked my arm up to roll over, and somehow pulled a muscle in my back.
 
Earlier this week, GameFAQs' daily poll (yes, the site is still up and still updates daily) made reference to the fact that the poll in question was... the 10,000th daily poll. It sounds absurd until you do the math and yeah, that comes to over 27 years which puts us in 1998, which tracks. And I've probably answered like 90% of them. Goddamn.
 
Really want them to revisit the series with a haggard Kyon who has spent the last two decades trying to keep "God" entertained for twenty years, and Haruhi Suzumiya has the exact same personality, and is just like "I think I want to get into model trains." Mikuru Asahina moved away years ago, and has a couple of kids. Every once in a while, she checks to see if Kyon's facebook status is anything other than "miserable". It never is.

the time between the release of Ocarina of Time and it's 3DS remake is now shorter than the time between the release of the 3DS remake and today.
relevant because of the rumours that Nintendo is making a new remake for Switch 2
 
Few of these date things have ever broken my brain as much as the fact that FFXII came out 20 years ago. That just doesn’t seem possible.
