Gunnerkrigg status: Still rad!

I don't know what y'all are talking about. She did her work, got her name, and she is her own person. This sounds like a "you" problem.

God, she's the worst.
 
Nah. She's still the worst. A complete lack of intellectual curiosity and concern for the students left in her charge is just unfit personage in general, never mind unfit to be a teacher/caretaker of children. She only now cares because someone else had to spell out the utter disaster that is plain to see in front of her eyes and how she specifically might empathize with the situation. Lots of telltale signs of narcissism, even if that isn't the authorial intent.
 
Once again, Tom casually tosses a "nobody expected this" not-even-twist down on the table and the story kinda veers off (or at least, seems to veer off) in a completely different direction. He has such a penchant, nay, a gift for that.
 
Hey can we just stop with the main story and just keep going with this wonderfully domestic version of GC? I know Tom is going to rip our collective hearts out when he finally ends this, but damn it! This is nice.
 
Ah, so she's aware. This has made things more interesting.

I wonder if they'll have the power to make a space for people to stay in the fake world if they want?.
 
The recap that has been going on has been hilarious. It's also astonishing that Gunnerkrig has been running for almost 20 years.
 
There's some heavy "new avatar" energy in this recap, for sure.
 
the funniest part to me is that the bulk of the recap has been devoted to the most recent 10% of the story
