Fantasy Who Would Win

The Luggage beats Zatanna by being impervious to magic. (It was nice knowing her.)

Unsure of the other match-up.

Zatanna is suitably bite-sized and while I'm sure she could figure a way to defeat Luggage indirectly, that would require prep time she won't have when the patter of feet is coming closer.

Conan may be cunning, strong and seasoned, but he's just a mortal with a mortal's flaws. Loki thrives when he has flawed enemies.

If Zatanna had time to cast a second spell that could work around magic imperviousness, she would win. But she won't. Luggage.

Conan has been doing well but it's not just that Loki is tricky, he's a God. A sentient one. I think he'd do OK considering but this is a league above and he won't win.

The Luggage wins in a shutout victory.

Loki is half-giant in addition to a shapeshifter and god. He could probably take Conan in a straight fight, though he'd surely toy with him first.

Still haven't ever read a single Discworld, but yeah if Loki is good at one thing it's taking down beefy himbos.

Loki

Witty and tricky. Sometimes gets himself into trouble but causes so much mischief it ends the world.

The Luggage

Source: Discworld

Living luggage. Unstoppable force of nature.

Yeah, I don't know the mechanism by which Loki wins this one, but he surely does. Maybe he feeds it rocks until it can no longer move or something.

Tricking the Luggage that he's its owner seems well within Loki's abilities, no questions asked.

I see no way that luggage, ambulatory or otherwise, can exploit the only known weak points of Loki- People who just can't appreciate a good prank, and a big hunky stallion.

Nanny Ogg

Supposedly the most powerful witch. But tends to solve all her problems without her magic.

Tom Bombadil

Source: Middle Earth books

Old Tom Bombadil is a merry fellow,

Bright blue his jacket is, and his boots are yellow.

None has ever caught him yet, for Tom, he is the master:

His songs are stronger songs, and his feet are faster.

I think these two would probably get along really well, but in the scenario where they didn't, you have to give it to Tom.

The thing is, I can't imagine a scenario where they don't get along. And if they do get along, I feel like hospitality and good humor are the closest thing Tom has to a "weakness."

I feel like Ogg is one of the few characters who could navigate such a chaotic character like Bombadil. She would not come in offensively so Tom would not bother to respond with a show and Nanny would probably take the quirks thst frustrated so many in stride. Whatever the contest (which I think would be social in nature), Nanny would be able to work somewhat on his wavelength to get what she needs.

OK, so here's the deal. Ogg now faces off against the survivor of the elimination bracket. This is a fight we've seen before so this is your time to rethink, should you choose...

Loki

Source: Norse Mythology

Norse God of mischief.

Will this be redemption (the competition time, not the turn away from evil kind) for Loki or will Ogg once again put Loki in his place?![/CENTER]

Nanny has dealt with elves and the Elf King himself (among other beings) so I think she can defeat Loki again in a tough contest that leaves him begrudingly respecting Gytha Ogg.

Loki loses pretty often in the stories already told about him, and Nanny Ogg knows a thing or three about rogue gods causing mischief.

Half of Nanny Ogg's deal is that gods ain't shit. The other half is making everyone think that Granny's the one to be afraid of.
