Is everyone else able to see Fredde's pictures? They're not showing up for me (not even as broken images), but I've had an issue like this before.
I can see them on my phone (Firefox) but I haven't checked on my PC. What browser are you using and do you have any anti-tracking features turned in n?

I can see it fine on PC Firefox, and man oh man Kurt's face in that panel is THIS close to making it as my next profile pic.

I'm on Chrome; I have Privacy Badger but it's disabled for TT since it was causing issues with other content not loading (the issue I mentioned in my last post). I also tried disabled Adblock and refreshing but that didn't solve the issue.

I checked on my phone (also Chrome, but no extensions) and couldn't see Fredde's images there either.

@Johnny Unusual You're also not seeing them, are you running any other extensions?

AdBlocker, Zoom and Youtube Nonstop.

To be clear, this isn't the famous zoom, its just a zooming in app for when I read manga online.

Reading the Swamp Thing run written by Martin Plasko before Moore took over. The stories are decent (and an improvement over the traditional superhero stories the series was heading into by the end of the first volumes run) and feels like it does lead into some territory Moore explores but also feels a little more shallow and tonally more akin to the 70s series.

But man, this one piece of art is great.

What kind of monster is this? Fiend from Hell? Eldritch horror?

Is that from his Jimmy Olsen book? Because if so I need to read the rest of it immediately.

The Batman is John Silver?!

Dark Knight, Dark Order... of course, it all makes sense now!

Some context, in case you don't know the lore behind The Phantom: He's the latest in a long line of superheroes, his family having passed down the identity for generations (to make it appear as if he's immortal). This is from a comic where the current Phantom reads from the chronicles of an ancestor.

I just love the idea of the son of the second Phantom telling his furious dad that he doesn't want to be a colonialist jungle hero because he's joined the theatre and is proud to have done so, all while absolutely rocking that dress.

And while the comic ends with the kid eventually deciding to go back to the jungle and inheriting the Phantom title, he did keep the wig as a souvenir, adding it to the vast treasure chamber of historic artifacts the Phantoms have collected through the years. I'd like to imagine that he tried it on now and then, thinking sadly on what his life could have been.
