I wonder - is there enough variety in the following topic to be a Top 50 or would it work better as a Mini-List?

In all honesty, with elves I'm leaving it open. I know it might be harder for some so I will accept lists of 25 but will adjust based on how much overlap there is. So it could be a top 50 but it might be a top 30, depending on how it works. You might want to consider the same. But I definitely could do that many sandwiches.

I am willing to let the people decide but only up to a certain point. So it's probably more accurate to call it Top Sandwiches and Sandwich-Like Things

Thread 'Popularity Contest #57: The Winter Soldier'

If you haven't done this before, the idea of a popularity contest is to compile a bunch of lists from forum members (and other people if you want, I guess) and find out shared favourites. For example, top 50 monsters or top 50 animated films. Right now we have top 50 Video Game Characters via @Issun and @WildcatJF but this is a poll for the next one (we always start getting ready when we hit the halfway point).

Anyway, here are the options.

Time for a new list! Our current lists are Top 50 Sandwiches and Top 50 JRPGs if you want to see what this is all about.

People who want to host submit their topics. Here are the general rules.

1) So I don't miss your submission, please BOLD your suggestions.

2) Please no joke suggestions. At least, not in BOLD. People have some whimsical ideas for lists so I don't want people submitting a list and I put it up and then they are like "jk, stupid!"

3) If you give a BOLD suggestion, YOU must host. Granted, if something comes up you are free to pass the duty onto another but I just don't want people submitting lists under the assumption that SOMEONE will do it.

4) One submission for person please.

5) Don't insult or put down another person's suggestions. Discussing feasibility, concerns or issues with it are fine, but please don't just say "well, that's a stupid topic". At least one person thinks it isn't.

And please...
If you have any other questions or concerns or I just bungled something up, drop me a line.

The deadline is exactly 4 days from this post dropping, so Wednesday Morning.

I had a shower thought that it might be fun to do a top non-anime isekais list, but honestly that might have enough meat for a full top 50. (Or run a Top 50 and include all isekais, both anime and non-...) Still pondering ideas for a good mini.
 
I had a thought for one of these that I sounded good in my head at the time, but now it has completely slipped me by what it was...

Usually I don't do two back-to-back but minis don't count in that regard.

Since the current topic will probably go into mid-Sept and I want to really get into a Halloween topic so...

I am tempted to try to run the Isekais idea I had at some point... but I'm not real confident I have enough free time to start it up soon so I should probably hold off for a later round.
