This is from an old game they used to play on the Doug Loves Movies podcast.
Basically, you take a film title and the next poster adds something to one end, another film title, until no one can do any more.
For example
Season of the Witch
You could do...
The Salton Season of the Witch
or
The Happiest Season of the Witch
or
Season of the Which Way to the Front?
Matching spelling doesn't count but pronunciation does. You have to use at least a syllable of the title, which is to say part of it needs a vowel sound.
So you can't do Season of the Whichildren of Men
But there is a special secret "get out of jail free once" title you can use, as it is the only film title I can think of with no vowel sound. SSSSSSS
The films must be feature length. And feel free to try to get clever but if possible, try to do ones that will continue. Still, you can get clever. Burlesque seems like it would be tough on the back half but you can always do... BurlEscaflowne: the Movie.
And no sticking things in the middle. Each title's integrity much be maintained. So you can't do Teenage Mutant Ninja Assassin Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze because now there's something that changes the title so its a movie that doesn't exist. Just stick to the ends.
However (to make the game easier), articles, like "The" and "A" and "An" can be removed, however, if you want to (for example The Last Airbender can become "Safety Last Airbender"
Is this understandable?
