Today is National Garlic Bread Day. Do you enjoy this as a side dish/appetizer? Or do you eat it as an entree?
 
Garlic bread is delicious, but it's usually a side with spaghetti and salad or it's a snack.
 
I love it but cannot allow myself to purchase or make it without supervision because I will inhale the entire loaf by myself immediately
 
My old roommate used to make garlic bread with homemade garlic butter and it was incredible.

Now I want some.
 
There are 2 types of garlic bread to me. The slightly unhealthy one and the really unhealthy one. Cheese is usually the deciding factor. If you have really good, high quality garlic and ingredients, then the cheese isn't necessary
