(Wheeee!)
Last year was abysmal apart from reading books to my daughter, I think...

Post title explained
"Book" is overused with my entries in this thread. A book often contains one story, sometimes multiple ones. Anthologies, for example. A comic isn't a book, yet I would count it here. Pulp fiction, which I read as well, are not really books, not even novellas.

Goals
- Read 6 books
...
Yeah, that's it.

Explanation
Normal Book
Short Story
Pulp Fiction (64 pages, cheap)
Comic, Graphic Novel
Tried it, but didn't read it to the end

Now Reading
Mark Anthony & Ellen Porath - Dragonlance - Meetings Sextet Vol. 1 - Kindred Spirits

January (1) (0) (0) (0) (0)
Dan Parkinson - Dragonlance - Heroes II Vol. 2 - The Gates of Thorbardin (05.01.2022)

Dostoevsky is immortal!

Last year I read 42 books, which is the most I've read in a long while. Not sure I'm trying to beat that this year, but I'm going to try to stick to my perennial resolution of reading (even if it's fluffy fantasy/sci fi) in lieu of doom scrolling.

The metal babble flees!
(she/her)
I have a number of reading goals this year that I am tracking on a spreadsheet, but here I'll keep it simple.

Goodreads annual goal: 20.
As can be seen below, I usually exceed that by a decent, if not impressive amount, but I don't want reading to become a job so that's where I'm keeping it from now on. I've seen folks who just say "fuggit" and put a goal of 1....

My Goodreads is here. I read a lot of manga and review them, and also review novels, audiobooks, et al., so if you're on that site and at all interested, I'd be happy to have TT-er friends. (regardless of what my profile says about "with text" reviews)

January: (4)
Strange Beasts of China by Yan Ge ***
Soulless by Gail Carriger (audio) (reread) ***
The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System v.1 by Mò Xiāng Tóng Xiù ***
Piranesi by Susanna Clarke *****
