Anyhoo, I finally got the art I ordered for this list. Oh, yes, this will be good. She's the one I've been going to for the last two Festivus' and she always delivers!

Interesting but that is an an unusual way to refer to that actor. But I think I can understand where that sentiment is coming from if my assumptions about what you're planning to do during the presentation of this list are correct.
If it's even half as amazing as JBear's Bertolli print it will be pretty awesome.

This is the deadline and though you can get in stuff in the week after the deadline, the sooner the better. Plus, it would be helpful if you give me a heads up that you have one coming. I got 10 now and I'm really hoping I get 15 or more.

I've been debating if one is okay for about a week and might as well just ask. I have a lot of personal ties from growing up with a parent in the industry and am kind of leaning toward just listing family friends (most of these people have won Oscars, Emmys or Tonys so I won't just be nominating randos and you'll recognize them). But I'm not sure that's really in the spirit of your list?
Also it'd be really hard to rank order family friends, and at least a couple nominations would have to be a bit vague for privacy reasons.

I don't mind at all. If it were a list of athletes, I'd probably put my sister and my sister's friend (my sister made it to the Canada games in rowing and over a decade later, her friend made it to the Beijing Olympics). That said, if you are concerned about privacy, I could avoid listing whoever wrote certain people as their highest vote and people will just out themselves anyway. But in concern for ranking family and friends, that's where I don't have advice. Ball's in your court, there.

Ooh, the comparison with athletes you would list is perfect, thanks for that example. I'll get on this today and will probably just be careful about wording of any blurbs or just leave them out entirely, no need for you to change how you approach your list.
And yes, the ranking of friends will be tough but hey none of them will ever see my list so I won't stress too much!

Up to 13 lists! Still hoping for 15 at least but even still this is looking to be a good list. Some real surprises already. And in a good news/bad news situation, I won't be working afternoons this week so that's extra tabulation time. So please, if you want to get it in, do it soon or at the very least, let me know you intend so I can sit on it for a day or two before finalizing.

We made it to 15 lists! If you want to send another and you haven't yet, please do but man, I swear, 15 is like, the magic number. I could make do with fewer but I feel that's when things pan out beautifully. Namely it broke a tie (I already started tabs and there was a shockingly high-ranking tie) and helped two of my own entries place!
I used a system to order my list but it was a somewhat silly one.
