Alex wouldn't be my top pick to craft, but she's definitely high enough to merit it.

Of good legendaries, I've got Leeroy, Patches, Finja, Fandral, Tirion, VanCleef, Caverns, Thalnos, and the Medivh set. Alex, Lyra, and Aya are the big holes in that line-up, I think? And of those, Alex enables decks that are the most different from what I can play.

New patch is out. In addition to the new deck import/export technology, you can now finish most quests in friendly matches, the Collection Manager has some additional search functionality, ranked wins are now tallied beyond 500, Thalnos and Deathwing now have entrance animations, and some of the game boards have rotated to Wild.

Also the mobile UI cancels spells better because I've certainly never killed myself while trying to cancel a spell.

All of the Paladin legendaries (except the Quest) are really playable, but you have to commit to Paladin. Warrior Quest and Grommash are moderate holes in the line-up. Ysera used to be a pretty important Legendary, but the meta doesn't support her right now. Having a Harrison Jones is nice, but not nice enough to prioritize.

I think Lyra and Aya are better than Alex, but those are all solid choices there.

Finally started seeing Quest Rogue on ladder again. I've lost three out of three against them today from Swashburglar pulling Ragnaros, Lightlord. All three games, same play.

EDIT: 4 games.

Might I recommend Talking Time's own Battle.net thread?

Also just friend any of your opponents! They'll be surprised and delighted when they find out you DIDN'T do that just to swear at them! (Or surprised and disappointed if it's me, but still.)

A major change to card distribution is coming.

1) Starting with the next expansion (which will almost certainly be in August; if it were coming in July they'd have started promoting it by now), you can no longer open duplicate legendaries in packs. Once you own a copy of a legend, it's removed from the pool for all future pack openings. This makes it safe to craft legendaries without worrying that you'll open a duplicate in your next pack, and in general makes buying packs a more profitable proposition. Note that this is only true for legendaries; however, you can no longer open more than two copies of a card of lower rarity in a single pack.
2) You'll be guaranteed a legendary within the first ten packs of a set that you open. This will be true both of all future sets and any existing ones that you somehow haven't opened ten packs of yet. Presumably it goes back down to one-per-twenty+40 pack pity timer after that.
3) They'll be doing a deal on Un'Goro packs only that give you bonus packs if you buy them in bulk.

It would have been nice to see this change implemented before I opened three King Moshes over the course of Un'Goro, but it's still good to see them reacting to complaints about the rate of card acquisition in a (I think) sensible and consumer-friendly way. They obviously took the criticism of Quests to heart.
