Or is that the cover for a sequel to Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.²?

No. But that does not surprise me in the least.

Maybe he's cheering on his little spider buddy who is working super-hard to encase an entire person. If fact I think pumped bug might be jumping up and down. (I'm not sure if it's actually standing on that ... box or what.)

He was later devastated when he saw the actual album cover.

So the songs in "Cause of Death" include "Chopped in Half" and "Turned Inside Out".

Kind of disappointed that the rest of the album didn't have songs like "Eaten By Wolves" or "Fell into a Volcano"

It astounds me that there was never a sequel to FAKK 2 that had a little tiny 3 up in the corner.

If only because I can't imagine Heavy Metal not wanting something pronounced "F. A.K.K Cubed" released.

chalk this up as tragic fallout from Kevin Eastman's breakup with Julie Strain.

Some quick mental math puts Kevin Eastman up there with MC Hammer in the Bad With Money power rankings

hahahahaha

Add in his playing money mark for HM2000 and the tie-in video game and I figure he had to be into the mid eight figures in terms of burn even before the divorce.

I can't imagine FAKK2 cost that much. Video game budgets were on a totally different scale back in the mid-90s -- Ritual Entertainment was all of fifteen guys. HM2K had an alleged $15 million budget, though, and probably made about six bucks back.

Well, I played and beat it and had fun doing so. I give F.A.K.K. 2 exactly 3 thumbs up.

I said to myself, 'multicolored phallic buildings, with questionable emissions! Dildo men wandering about the foreground! Oh, fantasy art indeed!'

It seemed like a slam dunk...

That's pretty rad tbqh fam. I mean, that ship looks like something out of an 80s-vintage toy-commercial cartoon, but at least everyone is sensibly dressed.

Excuse me, but Captain Marvel has the Wisdom of Solomon, so I think he'd know a little something about being sensible.

Well, not "sensibly," so much as "entirely."
