Refresh my memory: Jenny had Gallifreyan physiology (two hearts, long lived) because she was a straight-up clone, but she wasn't a Time Lord (didn't gaze into the Vortex), right?

The Doctor didn't think she'd be able to regenerate, but then she did ... But without changing. So ???

Because she was a 'fresh' regeneration, she has a day or so to revive without changing her face.

Debated posting this (not because it's not totally worth it, but because it was originally made for my Doctor Who blog which I've not been happy enough with to link to here), but my wife busted her ass painting this for me and it turned out really, really well:

Look at that shit. She was worried before she started about the two on the right but I think they turned out great! I wish I had her talent...

Holy shit, I just had a thought.

Crossover story with Doctors 12 and 1? I could see a finale trilogy story set on Gallifrey.
Three years ago.

I FUCKING CALLED IT.

It moves closer, because it's still looking at the Silent. It doesn't matter what the Silent's looking at.

But as soon as the Silent looks at it, the Angel covers its eyes, which means it stops looking and forgets the Silent. And since it forgets there's anyone there, it uncovers its eyes, sees the Silent looking at it, covers its eyes, forgets, uncovers, sees, covers, forgets, and vibrates itself into rubble.

Angels don't reflexively cover their eyes when something looks at them. They just become stone in whatever position they were in.

The angel doesn't choose to stop moving once seen - they stop moving when seen because that's how their biology works. So whether an angel *knows* it's being looked at or not is irrelevant - if it's being seen, it can't move, if it's unseen, it can zip about.

what happens if a blind person stares in the general direction of an angel. Did that happen once? I mostly forget all the dumb Angel episodes that aren't Blink.

I don't recall any blind people facing the angels, but I would assume they'd just be screwed since they're not actually "seeing" them.

How the Statue of Liberty angel made it across town to menace Amy and Rory is a mystery.

I'm finally going to meet a Doctor next month at Santa Fe Comic Con - ol' Sixie. Anything I should ask Colin Baker if I get the chance, TT?
