Odds are slightly better that Coyote expects everyone to accept that that is a wonderful gift.

I think Parley might need an adult.

Maybe Smitty too depending on what that bone is. Yes I know geese and dicks don't work that way.

You'd think they'd have an automated shuttle service or walkway or something besides a concrete bridge, but hey

Reminder that Tom Siddel is still doing video retrospectives on every chapter and he just got to the one on the history of Jones, otherwise known as the BEST CHAPTER IN THE COMIC.

In it he explains the importance of Jones being present at the formation of the earth, but we only see her open her eyes several billion years later around the advent of Macroscopic life forms. Jones learns entirely from imitation, and for several hundred millions of years, all that existed around her were rocks. So she just sort of assumed that she must be a rock as well. As such it never even occurred to her to try using her limbs or opening her eyes until creatures with limbs and eyes started swimming around her.

Every single video in the playlist is great. Sometimes he gives awesome little insights into the characters and sometimes he just ignores the story completely in favor of talking about how the page is colored affects the mood or how he uses 3D modling software to help him design backgrounds and it's fucking fascinating.

Also every time Boxbot shows up is just priceless.

Naw brvh he's following a version of the puppeteer's arc. I hope he doesn't follow it all the way.

Does the full progression of that arc mean Robot and Shadow merge into one transcendent being? And then immediately vamoose from the story? Is it bad that I want to see that play out? That whole process would probably be super trippy looking in Ether-vision.

I was thinking of the bit where Puppeteer dies, proving that it has a soul.

Huh. I would have pegged the arrow as having been fired quite some time before Annie's mom was there.

Kat outright says so in the third panel. I don't think the arrow is glowing as an answer to the question Kat poses, it just happened to start doing that for some reason.

The arrow was fired long before, but the Psychopomps never asked anyone - including Surma - for help. Until Annie came along.

The green glowing is because Annie is still trapped in the Matrix.

Misreading of line "Jeanne was trapped by the river when your mum was here at the court" on my part.

I think like half the good posters in that one got banned for one bit of bullshit or another. That thread lives now... only in my memories.
