Default Comics: Philosophy and Practice

Holy crap, this looks amazing. The University of Chicago is putting on a three day conference about comics featuring: Chris Ware, Dan Clowes, R. Crumb, Lynda Barry, Art Spiegelman, Francoise Mouly, Joe Sacco, Ivan Brunetti, Alison Bechdel and Seth, among others. And it's free with registration. I can sign up starting Friday, I'm kind of freaking out.

(I would have put this in the Not Worth Its Own Thread - Print, except we don't have one)

Since you made a thread for this, I'm now expecting a full report of the conference. 2000 words or more.

I'd totally go if it was practical!
