It's an uncut sushi roll wrapped in a tortilla. I'm going for lazy.

I dont even think there is a tortilla there. That looks like thin paper.

It's no weirder than the sriracha hummus my wife likes.
The bigger problem is probably the tahini but most chocolate hummus I've ever seen in the wild doesn't include tahini at all and really at that point it's not hummus so idk.

I assume you mean tahini (sesame seed paste) and not tabboouleh (salad of bulgur wheat, parsley, tomato, & lemon)?

The big thing that sets me off it is that I assume there is sugar added? Sweet and garlic do not mix.

If it's unsweetened chocolate, then maybe it would be ok?

EDIT:

I don't think the tahini would be a problem. Chocolate halva is a popular thing, after all.

I dunno! I saw garbanzo beans, tahini, and a few other things besides the bundle of mint when I went into the kitchen while he was making it.

As a rule, hummus does not include mint.

you could probably put mint in tabbouleh but I don't know why it would be in hummus

I mean, he could've been making something else, but the food processor + typical hummus ingredients - mint led me to believe it was hummus in the making.

On the plus side, at least my sinuses were super clean all night.

Well, if he put the mint in the hummus, it's on-topic to discuss

I bought a chocolate cream pie from Wal-Mart today. It was discounted because it was day old, but it tastes more like it was WEEK old. Now I'm concerned that this may be a "fun" day of food poisoning symptoms. Bleergh...

Seriously though, nothing goes south faster than dairy. Once it hits the tipping point, it's a steep drop.
