one of the local diners here has a red chile rubbed pork loin, usually served with eggs and hash browns, but I have gotten it as a sandwich (i.e., with some lettuce and onion inside a kaiser roll) and it was glorious

There's a neat sandwich store called Which Which where you can create your own sandwiches, but one of the pre-made templates was called Thanksgiving Thank You, comprised of sliced turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, and I had to try it. So good.
